As I said in this post, my new challenge with Hama Beads was to make a lamp shade for the kitchen light. The design was inspired on the motives of the drapes and table center cloth.
One of the main reasons that led me to do it was the fact that some of the plants were not getting all the light they needed. Some of them were even “hiding” under the dome that we had as a lamp shade before. Now, they can grow all the want that they will still get enough light!
This project took all my time until Swedish class. After a session where we played jenga, today we talked about traveling and, as common dreams would have it, the teacher decided that me and the greek student should visit Machu Pichu together. This was the drawing he had another student done to illustrate that adventure.
